Lemierre´s syndrome is a rare but serious infection caused by bacteria attacking the lymph nodes of neck and causing blood clots to form in large veins neck, whereas mediastinistis an acute inflammation mediastinum.1,2 The presence enlarged mediastinum on X-ray lungs or CT thorax leads diagnosis. In this case report we describe 40-year-old patient who was admitted Cardiology Department Sibenik General Hospital due swelling pain left side as well fever. course patient’s stay Hospital, transfer University Centre Split, where transferred disturbed general condition, hemodynamic instability, worsening inflammatory parameters, shown. All diagnostic procedures for determining cause all therapeutic procedures, are also discussed. (English) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] Lemierrov sindrom je rijetka, ali ozbiljna infekcija kada bakterije napadaju limfne cvorove vrata, krvni ugrusci nastaju u velikim venama dok medijastinistis akutna upala medijastinuma.1,2 Dijagnoza pociva na nalazu povecanih limfnih cvorova medijastinumu RTG-u pluca ili CT-u toraksa. U ovom radu prikazujemo 40-godisnju bolesnicu koja zaprimljena Odjel kardiologije Opce bolnice zbog otoka i boli lijevoj strani vrata febriliteta. Prikazan tijek boravka OB Sibenik, te premjestaj Klinickom bolnickom centru Split gdje narusenog opceg stanja, hemodinamske nestabilnosti uz pogorsanje upalnih parametara bolesnica premjestena. Također su prikazani dijagnosticki postupci otkrivanju uzroka nastalog kao svi terapijski postupci. Dijagnostickim pretragama verificirana duboka venska tromboza vene cephalice, perikardijalni izljev obostrani pleuralni izljevi. Buduci da preboljela srednje tesku sliku infekcije virusom mjesec dana prije pojave navedenih tegoba, možemo li sa sigurnoscu reci nastala klinicka slika zapravo nakon COVID-19 infekcije?
